Welcome to Villa DK – Bali. We trust that your booking and checking in was handled to your satisfaction. In the following pages you will find information that will hopefully make your stay safe and comfortable.

 

This is a family run villa and we hope you enjoy your stay and we will do everything in our power to make it enjoyable.

 

Please use our services provided to explore the island as we have the knowledge of 20 years of living and operating on the island.

 

For your information there are some reasonable terms and conditions we would like you to be made aware off during your stay.

 

 

 

  • CHECK - IN

The check-in time is 2 p.m and we endeavour to ensure that your room is serviced and prepared for you to occupy the room from 2 p.m on your day of arrival.

 

  • CHECK - OUT

The latest time for checking out is before 12 p.m on your day of departure, so we can prepare for other guests. Late checkout may be available depending on the availability, and it will include normal charges. 50% charge from your rental rate is applicable for check out up to 6pm, and full charge if check out after 6pm.

 

  • DEPOSIT

A security deposit of IDR 1,500,000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

 

  • CANCELLATION

If booking is cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If booking is cancelled or modified later or in the case of No-Show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

 

  • VILLA & ROOM KEYS

For your security, please lock all the doors while you are out of the premises. And the guests are recommended to bring 2 keys (living room and main gate) while they are out exploring Bali. Unfortunately, you will be charged if the key has been lost and its cost will be added to your additional bill or deducted from your security deposit.

  • EXTENSION STAY

Extension stay may be allowed as long as we have availability. Please contact our staff to check our availability.

 

  • COT & EXTRA BED

The maximum number of extra Beds in a room is 1.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots/ cribs

All children above 2 to 12 years are charged IDR 210,000 per night for extra beds.

All children above 12 years is equivalent as adult price. 

 

  • SAFETY BOX

We only have 1 safety box placed in the pantry that you can input your own password, we suggest your important belongings and valuable items are placed in the safety box. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost items.

 

  • NO SMOKING

All the rooms and bedroom are restricted as Non Smoking PLEASE. However, you may smoke at outdoor areas.

 

  • INTERNET

The villa is provide with free Wi-Fi, please ask or contact our staff to get the password and enjoy your internet browsing during your stay.

 

  • TELEPHONE

There is one telephone unit; it is for the guest to contact our staff. For your personal International calls you may need to buy phone credit, please contact our staff for this matter as they may be able to assist.

 

  • TELEVISION / TV CABLE/ DVD

Every room is equipped with television and TV cable with their remote control. There is one DVD player in the living room and it supports the Bluetooth system.

 

  • BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served between 7am to 10am each day. Our staff member will give you a form that you can fill in for menu choices and preferred time for breakfast to be served. If you do not require breakfast then it would be very much appreciated if you advise a staff member accordingly. This means that the breakfast staff can finish and carry on with their other duties.

 

  • MORNING CALL / ALARM CALL

Please contact our staff to organize alarm call for you. This is important to ensure you are ready for your adventures.

 

  • CHILDREN SAFETY

All children/infants must be supervised by an adult; however we have provided an infant safety gate to restrict infants from the pool area. Please call our staff to organize infant gate installation during your stay. You are responsible for the safety of your guests and infants.

 

  • HOUSE KEEPING

This villa provides house maid which operate from 7am to 12pm. Their duty is to look after the villa for cleaning and cooking your breakfast. They might be available if you would like them to stay for longer hours with some additional charge of IDR 130,000/ hour.

 

  • LAUNDRY

We have laundry service, for which you can simply put your items that need washing into the laundry bag provided in the wardrobe draw. Please note there is a surcharge with 1 day return service.

 

  • IRONING

We provide iron and iron board which is free of charge.

You can ask our staff to iron clothes but it will also include surcharge service, please call our staff to organize if required.

 

  • FIRE & EMERGENCY

For villa safety, we have smoke detector alarm in the kitchen area. Please call our staff immediately in the event of a fire. 

 

  • DOCTOR

If you need to contact a GP whilst you are on holiday you should always contact the surgery nearest to where you are staying. If the surgery is open then your call will be dealt with directly by the surgery. The Telephone number is 0361 775827

 

  • SECURITY

We have 24 hours security for this villa.

 

  • TOUR PACKAGE

We have tour package for you to explore the island. Our tour guide and driver Mr. Donny will take you around and give you lots of recommendations for food, entertainment, shopping and other activities, such as surfing, scuba diving, snorkelling etc.

 

  • RENT CAR

We can provide a car for rental with or without driver. We advise that you have to have an international driving license to drive in Bali; however we can have Mr. Donny to drive you wherever you want to go in Bali.

 

  • SHUTTLE BUS

We have free drop off and pick up within Nusa Dua area within reasonable hours. Mr. Eddy will assist you for this service.

 

  • PETS

The guest is not allowed to bring any pets into the premises.

 

  • DAMAGE, BREAKAGES & ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you and/or those that accompany you, whether they are staying in the villa or not, cause to the villa, accommodation and its contents including the car park and associated parts. We ask that you report any incidents as they occur. While we do not normally charge for minor accidental breakages we will charge and debit your card for the full cost of all other breakages, missing items and for the replacement and/or making new goods which are damaged. Additionally there will be a charge of USD 100 for soiled bedding, towels, carpets, furnishings and décor caused by, but not limited to, vomit, food and drink stains, blood and bed wetting. The villa may charge in full for any lost rental nights resulting from any such damage and incidents mentioned above.

 

  • ITEM LEFT BEHIND

Our staff will inform you for any items that are left behind via email or text message. We would be happy to organize return delivery to your address.
